This Refund Policy applies to ClickAlgo Xen, an AI-powered software service operated by ClickAlgo Limited.
By purchasing credits or subscriptions, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Credit Purchases
- Credits are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided they remain completely unused.
- Once any portion of the purchased credits has been used, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
- Partially used credit balances are not eligible for partial refunds.
2. Subscriptions
- New subscription purchases may be refunded within 14 days if no meaningful usage has occurred.
- Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.
- You may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing cycle.
3. VAT and Taxes
Where VAT or other applicable taxes have been charged, approved refunds will include the associated tax amount.
VAT treatment follows applicable EU VAT and OSS regulations.
4. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
5. Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests where there is evidence of excessive usage prior to the request,
abuse of the refund policy, or violation of our Terms of Service.
