ClickAlgo Xen does not provide financial advice, trading signals, or investment recommendations. All code generated by the service is provided for informational and technical purposes only and is used entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for testing, validating, and deploying any generated code before use in a live trading environment.

4. User Responsibility

• You are responsible for all actions taken using ClickAlgo Xen.
• You must ensure generated code complies with platform rules and applicable laws.
• You accept full responsibility for any trading losses or damages.

5. Accounts and Usage

ClickAlgo Xen operates on a credit-based usage system. Credits are consumed as the service is used. Usage limits, pricing, and availability may change at any time.

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely via Stripe, a global payment platform used by millions of businesses worldwide.

• Credits purchased are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided they remain unused.
• Once credits have been used, they are non-refundable.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

You retain ownership of code generated for your own use. ClickAlgo Limited does not claim ownership of user-created trading strategies or modifications made by you.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to ClickAlgo Xen if these terms are violated, if the service is misused, or if continued access presents legal, technical, or security risks.

11. Changes to Terms
